I submitted my application online. The HR team contacted me after two weeks to schedule the interview.
A week later, I had a phone interview for general questions and to assess my technical abilities.

Overall questions related to my resume took 20 minutes. Then, we jumped to technical questions.
Simple questions included explaining my research process and the software I use.
Then, there were very specific questions, such as pointer, sequence, and numerical algorithms. These were difficult to answer, but I managed to provide some responses.
