Pros: Substantial autonomy, opportunity to learn... great coworkers. Emphasis on service and diversity. Good work-life balance. Great perks. Love this job and this company.

Cons: It’s challenging work. You’re given lots of freedom and time/space, but you need to translate that into results. And you’re working with people who are highly skilled and have been doing this for a long time. While no one makes you work crazy hours, you might need to put in extra time to be able to hang.

Pros: It all depends on what team you work in and in what department. I happen to have a good management chain, but it all depends on the department you're in. Pay and vacation are okay. It's not the best, but it's not bad either. I'm excited to go to work every day, but that wasn't always the case. And there are some who love coming into work and others who don't.

Cons: Again, it depends on the department you're in. Overall, for a rich company, they are quite cheap about silly little things but overindulge in other things.

Cons: - No clear track for success or moving up the ladder. - Performance reviews and promotions seem to be very subjective and not very quantifiable. - Much of the leadership is ancient and has been at the company for decades, so not much room for growth and no true desire to innovate. - Very outdated and proprietary tech stack. - Using internal tools and the terminal daily is a pain. - Pay/perks are a tier below the other big tech companies. - Very much of a corporate and finance vibe in 731 Lex.
