I had a phone interview. It was about 45 minutes, but this one ended earlier. Overall, it consisted of all technical questions; you do not need to prepare much for behavioral questions.
Just prepare a really good introduction and some really good questions to ask them to show your passion.
They can ask you 4-5 questions in a 45-minute interview, ranging from simple to hard questions. The first one might be an overall idea, such as, "How would you create a ** machine?" or "How would you create a test case for **?"

This isn't sell-side, this isn't buy-side. It's just back-office. A lot of churn for new employees in the company. The lifers there obviously are just clocking the hours. Also, I might add, way too many Indians and Asians in the technology area. Hard to get communication through their thick accents sometimes.
