Pros: Dealing with challenging problems day to day in a software infrastructure team, and having broad ways of learning. Training classes are always available at the company.

Cons: The formality and "pieocracy" of the company culture. The complexity of the code structure of some of the legacy code that has been sitting there for a while.

Pros: While others report some outdated technologies and an in-house tech stack that can make knowledge transfer to other companies less than ideal, there's a very clear company effort to modernize. On top of that, it seems like the company has invested in its engineers to compete with some of the other top firms (especially true for the intern program), and it shows in the level of talent that the company attracts. Overall, this is a very competent engineering department and a good place to work that's getting better every year.

Cons: Outdated technologies and a largely in-house tech stack.

Pros: Everything is wonderful and great.
