Cons: None I can think of. The pay is fairly good, but maybe not as good as some other companies might provide.

Pros: The benefits are good. The health insurance plan is generous. There are other perks related to fitness plans and transportation.
Cons: Long hours are expected of employees.
Mid-managers are often in meetings of doubtful benefit.
Some software is built using poorly designed in-house tools.

Management is interested in your input and contribution. Immense diversity initiatives.
Cons: A large organization can make navigating the firm difficult. Finding the right person with specific knowledge to answer a question can be difficult at times.
