Pros: Loved the people, and the snacks! A great company to do an internship with!

Cons: None I can think of. The pay is fairly good, but maybe not as good as some other companies might provide.

Great company to work for if you like a flat structure

Pros: Fun people, solid variety of work, lots of opportunity for movement within the company.

Cons: Workflow can get repetitive, with very non-linear progression due to the flat structure.

Pros: a) It's mostly a software company; thus, software developers are treated as first-class citizens, which is not that common for NYC. b) Competitive benefits (base + bonus, 401K, medical, etc.). c) Great work-life balance (flexible schedule, 20 work days vacation, 20 sick leaves, work from home, etc.). d) Broad range of projects and architectures: client/server, Unix, Windows, mobile, Java, C, C++, C#.

Cons: 1. As in most of NY companies, the work environment can be noisy with lots of people and some distractions. 2. Management could do a better job. Sometimes they are too tough on a person and schedule. There are some problems in listening to the developer and understanding his/her position.
