Pros: Strong sense of community, high quality technology, and a plethora of extracurricular opportunities.
Placement is extremely hands-on; you get the chance to make lasting contributions, commit production code, be involved in the community, and be recognized as a full-time team member.
Cons: Hours can be quite demanding depending on the team culture; this does vary a lot, however.
