Phone Interview:
It started with a brief introduction from the interviewer, after which they asked me about myself and the projects I had worked on. I was then asked to complete two HackerRanker challenges and talk the interviewer through how to solve them.
Finally, there was a short period to ask the interviewer any questions I had about the position, Bloomberg, or their job.
The interview lasted roughly 65 minutes.

Being on the bleeding edge tech-wise is never Bloomberg's priority, despite them trying hard to convince you of a strong engineering culture.
