Pros: It really depends on the team, but the environment and atmosphere has been amazing. The work is meaningful, and the mentorship really helps you overcome any problems and lack of knowledge. People are very friendly.

Cons: At the beginning, there is a big learning curve in understanding the whole system, what your team is working on, the development flow, and other Bloomberg-specific things.

Pros: It really depends on the team, but the environment and atmosphere has been amazing. The work is meaningful, and the mentorship really helps you overcome any problems and lack of knowledge. People are very friendly.

Cons: At the beginning, there is a big learning curve in understanding the whole system, what your team is working on, the development flow, and other Bloomberg-specific things.

Cons: It's very regulated in terms of the number of hours required every week and every day. There are loads of overheads in terms of reports, and when you're allowed to take breaks. It's hard to balance working there with a thriving social life.
