Supports the community and encourages involvement with local schools and charities. 10-week training program to get you up and contributing the minute you join your team.

Cons: Long hours, high pressure. The atmosphere occasionally can seem unsupportive. It uses in-house tech rather than common architectures/databases, which can be frustrating to some. It's not ideal if you are more interested in Quant-style work or disinterested in the finance industry.
