Ok place to work
Good breakfast, fruits, vegetables, snacks. Decent pay compared to other financial firms in NYC. Nothing else I could think of.
Poor work culture. A trade desk type of work environment doesn't seem to help many people. New people can easily get lost.
We need to make new people comfortable by taking care of what they need to understand the system.
