They treat you like a full-time employee. I had a project that was impactful and meaningful. It was my first real foray into actual project design and management. They do everything they can to make sure you have an enjoyable experience and continually improve the internship program each year with larger salaries and more intern involvement.
A few people had less than stellar experiences, but that was more to do with their fit in the company's culture and their team's culture than the company itself.
