- Good compensation (salary, insurance, etc.)
- 20 paid days off per year.
- Easier to become a manager than in most other large tech companies.
Really depends on the team. The following comments apply to most of the teams that I have heard of, but won't be true for everyone for sure.
- Tech is really old and there are a lot of trivial work. It's hard to sharpen your tech skills. If you want to pursue a 'geek' career, that's not the place.
- Bad work-life balance.
Add some wellness rooms.
