Not bad, but not related to finance
The benefits and the location were better than most companies. I think it beats higher salaries with less benefits. The workplace will keep you updated on the markets just by being there.
The compensation is okay, although the benefits outweigh it. Employees in the finance department should be paid more on commission than salary.
