- Free snacks and Friday ice creams.
- Boring work, not challenging at all
- Slow personal/professional growth
- Technology is way behind
Overall a good company, it just wasn't for me (I prefer a more challenging environment). Management should consider keeping up with the latest technology and hiring the best people in the industry.
