Health insurance is good, but could have a better plan.
Pension matching up to 8%. Life insurance. Snacks in the pantry. 27 days PTO. Online courses available.
- No option to permanently WFH, 3 days a week to be in the office.
- Awful communication.
- Even though there are courses you can do, there is no career growth. The rare times a promotion comes around, they always seem to go to the same people.
- A lot of pigeonholing.
- Workload should be more balanced (I cover other people when they are out, but no one covers me when I am out).
- Expectation to work late (get comments when leaving early).
- Management updates are almost always sales figures; never really hear about what's happening within the company.
- Offer permanent remote working
- Offer career growth opportunities
- Communicate better about the company, not just about sales and sales figures
- Stock options would be nice
- Upgrade the health insurance plan

Quality Assurance Analyst
First online test: one and a half hours. Second onsite test: one and a half hours. Basic Python coding questions and Selenium were asked. Behavioural questions were on the onsite. Difficulty was medium.
Software Engineer
Pretty smooth. Recruiters replied fast, and interviewers seemed to be really smart. Nothing bad to say about it. The questions were LeetCode-style design questions. I'd say maybe medium difficulty. Not easy at all, but not too hard.
