Free food, open environment.
Not many. A few groups have a legacy codebase that might be boring to maintain. A few groups may have unwanted politics. Quite a few times, long hours are needed. A few good employees may take a long time to see growth opportunities.
Please don't make good employees wait too long to grow within the company.
