Excellent benefits. Good perks. You learn how to work in a fast-paced environment.
Due to the nature of the work, it's a very high-pressure environment. At times, it felt like a sweatshop. If you are just starting out in your career, please do not work here. You will not learn the latest technologies, and you will stagnate. There is so much overhead that has nothing to do with programming, and there is very little room for advancement.
Ease up on keeping tabs on your employees. It's demoralizing.
