- No flexible time.
- Very long hours (9-6 mandatory, though they won't admit it). Take lunch or don't; you must be there for 9 hours at least. And that's a short day.
- Project management is a joke.
- Proprietary technology and outdated.
- Forget finding another job. You'll forget what you know in about 3 months and won't be able to put anything on your resume.
- They like to hire fresh graduates so they can mold them to their culture.
Pay more attention to what business needs. You will slowly lose market share once the older generation of traders leave.
