As I mentioned above, it's great to work with Bloomberg because it has unbelievable transparency. The sales done by the company are visible to all. No special seating arrangement for bosses. No closed cubicles. Great accountability; every work item is ticketed, and responsibilities are clear.
It's financially stable, so only your performance matters. Good pay and the ability to contribute in new product conceptualization and development.
Some things can be a bit bothering. Too much business focus means new ideas are strictly evaluated for ROI, which may cause one to lose the forest for the trees.
Don't change a bit.
