First, a behavioral screen with an HR representative, followed by a 50-minute phone screen. The interviewer was nice and patient, offering hints on where I should pay more attention or elaborate.

I had to go through two phones, then they flew me in for a three-hour in-person interview. They asked pretty normal interview questions, and the people were very nice and polite. Know your stuff, and you'll get a job.
