Professional, flexible, inclusive, and supportive. The company has a good culture and offers many opportunities for good professionals. It's an international company with the ability to change locations, which, alongside visa sponsorship, works really great. I know people who have tried to live in different places without having to change employers, and I think that's great.
For some people, an open-space environment may be a pro, but for me personally, I wouldn't prefer that in general.
