You have a say in the technology used (within limits) to solve problems. WLB is good generally. However, they do require office days (3 days currently, but it may go up).
There is a lot of tech debt in most of the teams.
Tooling for terminal UI development is just bad.
Before the pandemic, I was happy to be in the office five days a week. The world has changed. Public transport is getting worse, and this isn't a viable option anymore.
