The interview process is grueling and pointlessly long. It's a total waste of time. It involved two phone interviews (about half an hour each), followed by essentially an entire day of round after round (I counted seven rounds) of technical intervie

This was a phone screen interview. There was barely any communication with the interviewer in terms of bouncing off ideas or assistance with steering the thought process in the right direction. Overall, it was a bad experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. Coding screen with 2 questions in an hour (find deepest str in parenthesis and decode secret message in binary tree). Onsite is coding (merge intervals, graph problems about planes and airport
