It's a company where longer-tenured engineers have been put into management-type roles without proper oversight.
The managers don't hesitate to make false claims to get an employee they don't like out the door via performance reports with false claims, and the employee is never given a chance to respond or refute.
No questions are asked.
Can you call this a good culture?
HR is simply unresponsive to ethical violations within the company; they'd rather post positive company reviews.
The work is very mundane. Many people stare at the terminal even when there is no work, as they are required to do so.
