Work-life balance is good. The culture is that if you don't complain, just finish your tasks, and bear some rude behavior, you can survive a number of years.
There is a culture of retaliation. If you bring up discriminant or rude behavior to the boss, they don't take any action. One manager even removed me from meetings with that rude employee and explained to me that it was for my good. Rather than correcting the behavior, they slowly demote you.
Sr. Managers and managers, when you witness rude behavior or disrespect to your employees, try to stop it at the least. Don't tell the mistreated people that it is their fault to be mistreated in public.
