Pros

Good procedures to bring new employees on board. Good technical help. Good service considering alpha/beta/prod deployments. A well-defined programming framework.

Cons

There are two major issues which drastically diminish effectiveness and vitality:

  • Non-diverse teams – HR should be more competent and take a good look at the last names when they hire.
  • Full-time employees might not be displaying enough proficiency; therefore, hiring consultants is the only way to cover up employee incompetence.
Advice to Management
  1. Revise hiring procedures and participating personnel using the rules of common sense.
  2. Reevaluate higher management in terms of group efficiencies and ratio: personnel to workload.
