There are two major issues which drastically diminish effectiveness and vitality:
- Non-diverse teams – HR should be more competent and take a good look at the last names when they hire.
- Full-time employees might not be displaying enough proficiency; therefore, hiring consultants is the only way to cover up employee incompetence.
- Revise hiring procedures and participating personnel using the rules of common sense.
- Reevaluate higher management in terms of group efficiencies and ratio: personnel to workload.
