Good salary for new graduates.
There is no career growth. Every team works on two to three functions. People's knowledge of finance is limited to a small area, so it will be very hard to get a job from other finance companies like an investment bank or hedge fund if you stay at Bloomberg for too long.
The tech Bloomberg uses is very old. It is extremely difficult to find a job in a high-tech company if you stay at Bloomberg for more than three years.
Less political battles, focus on product development. Hire people who can code, not those who know talking more than coding.
