This is a great company which cares a lot about its employees, in terms of continuing education and mentorship. The compensation is good, and there are many tech communities within the company, allowing you to do things outside of your functional area.
Lack of a clear technical track for engineers who are not interested in managing people. Product managers expect engineers to do business analysis, but engineers do not necessarily get credit for it.
Create a technical track, please! Titles are not evil, while people abusing their positional powers are. Don't throw the bathwater away with the baby.
