Puzzle day is incredible. Numerous intern events (interns can go to the annual picnic as well).
Office is great, mentoring is great.
While there is a survey for project interests, much of it is still up to chance.
Week-long training is often irrelevant to your actual project.
Actually, follow the intern preference survey and inform them of their project more than a week before the starting date.

5 interview rounds: 3 LeetCode, 1 HR, 1 EM. LeetCode rounds are simply tagged as LeetCode. The HR round consists of standard behavioral questions. The EM round is a deep dive into one specific project and the challenges you encountered.
