Cons: Horrific mid-level management.
Org chart manager worked in a completely different area and never met/spoke, yet he evaluated me and my colleagues for our annual raise/bonus.
Six different managers over the course of my first seven months at the company in the same role.
No culture.
No manager assistance to further career.

Pros: The group I got hired into is great. We have a great work dynamic and work together to get the job done.
Cons: I absolutely love my job, but the politics of the company are overwhelming. It makes it costly and time-consuming to develop systems.
