They came to my campus to recruit during their career day. I talked to someone there, and the next day I got a call asking me to come in for an interview the day after that. The questions were purely behavioral; it was a structured interview. The people were nice, and they helped ask you questions to make your answers stronger.

Pros: Pay, 401K, vacation, location, facilities
Cons: Weak leadership. Lack of transparency. Lack of management accountability. Micromanaged. Using corrupt/broken data systems to track parts. Intentionally circumventing processes to cut corners, which results in subpar quality of product just to make delivery commitments to customers. Constant rework of products incurs additional costs, time, and reputation. Retaliation for speaking up.
