Pros: The pay is okay for the physical labor.

Cons: Management is awful, and it's the sole reason the company now has a bad reputation.

Pros: The pay is good, the insurance is okay, and the work isn't extremely difficult, although certain jobs are harder on parts of your body than others.

Cons: The managers are not competent. The managers are rude and, in my experience, racist. The managers love you when they need you, but they treat mechanics like replaceable trash when they don't. The managers stare at Facebook for seven hours and then spend the final hour telling mechanics how lazy they are for not completing twelve hours of work in eight hours. The managers want people to be flexible by staying late daily, up to four hours, but they don't return the favor by being flexible on preshift start times so that certain people can get home to their families. Also, the pay is no longer competitive, as starting out at fast food pays similarly to what starting out as a mechanic, putting people's lives in your hands, pays.

Pros: Good pay and good benefits

Cons: Everyone there is miserable, treated like less than a number, and it's mentally draining (reminds me of high school). Let me just say this: this place made me miserable every day. Work was slow, and when there was work, you never went home. Shift changes are basically impossible with how long the lists are. I was stuck on second shift and never got to see my family. When I went to work, they went to bed, etc. (I picked first shift, by the way). The bosses manipulate their workers, and everyone is a snake. Have fun!
