Couple of phone interviews and an overall interview on Webex - video conference, which took 3 hours. I had 5 people interview me. Mostly behavioral interview questions and some technical ones.
Interview went great. The people were great, and I have worked with them before. Overall, the experience was good.

Pros: Excellent growth opportunity, great benefits, and pay is outstanding. You are in control of your career. Plenty of training available to advance your career, and it's easy to switch careers.
Cons: The company has become too cost-driven. Pension benefits have been removed, and health care premiums have increased. Layoffs have become larger than necessary, reducing support for internal customers.

Pros: - Allows and supports virtual office work.
- Pays for colleague education classes taken after hours (no personal experience).
- 12 sick days a year, plus 2 weeks of vacation (which will increase over time), plus 1 week of company closure during Christmas (if you are IT, you may have to work to support system changes/upgrades).
- Pays overtime (salary +$7.50).
- Fairly easy to move from job to job within the company.
Cons: - Small raises (2.5%-3.5%)
- Very difficult to get promoted
- Pressure on costs leads to difficulty attending conferences
- No longer offers traditional pension plan
