Excellent growth opportunity, great benefits, and pay is outstanding. You are in control of your career. Plenty of training available to advance your career, and it's easy to switch careers.
The company has become too cost-driven. Pension benefits have been removed, and health care premiums have increased. Layoffs have become larger than necessary, reducing support for internal customers.
Adding more contractors instead of keeping or hiring new employees is demoralizing.
