Process
Smooth, responsive, strict. It was a nice experience to have done it with an experienced team. The result taught me a lot and made me aware of my weak points.

Great Overall, But Work is Slow-Paced
Engineer • Current Employee

Don't even go there
Engineer • Current Employee
Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States
January 31, 2015
Pros: Occasional free lunch, regular free soda and coffee, a work-out room, and some great people (not management).
Cons: Management has no vision. Rolling layoffs, a lack of integrity and ethics, lead to praise by management. Employees are disposable.
If you're a white man, you'll do fine. If you're a minority or woman, be prepared to be discriminated against (openly and in front of others) and laid off.
If you like getting paid to do nothing all day, this is the place for you.
