Management has no vision. Rolling layoffs, a lack of integrity and ethics, lead to praise by management. Employees are disposable.
If you're a white man, you'll do fine. If you're a minority or woman, be prepared to be discriminated against (openly and in front of others) and laid off.
If you like getting paid to do nothing all day, this is the place for you.
Follow and enforce Boeing company values. Stop treating employees like they are disposable. Work on treating minority and female employees like a check mark rather than give them work or an opportunity.
