Process
Over there and to the moon was nice. Then, see through the first edge of the moon over yonder and to the first part of the sea section. Avatar: The Last Airbender was nice and difficult, but sad at the same time.

Great company, lousy management
Integration and Test Engineer • Former Employee
El Segundo, California, United States
May 26, 2014
Pros: Boeing is a great company that produces great products. Being a part of that team was fulfilling and exciting. The compensation and benefits were good, in-line with industry standards. The people that I worked directly with were among the best in the industry.
Cons: The middle/direct management left much to be desired. Little to no communication; little to no regard for employee welfare (work/life balance). Shifts were changed with little to no notice. Changes in work requirements that should have been foreseen were not acted on until the last minute. Favoritism on the part of the management team was blatant and obvious.
