Pros: Good company overall. Great benefits and good opportunity for career growth. Intelligent people who are willing to help and train. Flexible with vacations and sick time.
Cons: Some bureaucracy typical of big companies.

Outdated, Old School Mentality

Pros: - Good benefits: 10% 401K match, decent insurance benefits, and yearly bonuses.
Cons: This is a smaller job site, and the culture sucks. It's a heavy nepotism environment.
In-line promotions are basically non-existent. You have to get a competing offer or switch groups to be promoted.
Managers are bean counters, not people-centered.
There is a 3-day RTO for no reason.
Very few programs at this site, limited opportunities for development.
