I didn't do so well because it was a phone interview, but I did alright. Just stay calm and try not to cut them off, and you should be okay.

Cons: Huge conglomerate of a lot of small companies/cultures. Easy to get lost.

Pros: Pay, 401K, vacation, location, facilities
Cons: Weak leadership. Lack of transparency. Lack of management accountability. Micromanaged. Using corrupt/broken data systems to track parts. Intentionally circumventing processes to cut corners, which results in subpar quality of product just to make delivery commitments to customers. Constant rework of products incurs additional costs, time, and reputation. Retaliation for speaking up.
