Pros: Being the top aircraft OEM, Boeing certainly offers you a lot in skills training and aviation knowledge, as well as career development. It is the place to share your aviation dream.
Cons: To manage such a huge company of 170,000 employees, the company needs to set up rules, but sometimes they overdo it in a stubborn and bureaucratic way.
