I applied online through the portal and got an email a few weeks later to request an interview.
We set up a structural panel interview over the phone.
There were 5 people on the panel. They asked me many behavioral questions and some technical questions when I discussed my former experiences.

Pros: Executives are very supportive of the intern program.
Lots of great people to work with.
Company resource groups for young professionals, women, LGBT, etc.
Great locations for young professionals.
Team polos (Boeing South Carolina).
Intern networking with peers and executives.
Work-life balance.
Cons: Day-to-day experience, mentorship, the number of projects you work on, and full-time conversion opportunities can vary based on your manager or group.
It takes a while to hear back about applications, typically 2-4 weeks to accept an offer.
Availability of intern-specific activities can vary by location and/or department (tours, photo ops).
A variety of start/end dates (May/June to July/August) and flexible time (10-12 weeks) means not everyone attends certain events.
