On the phone, I was asked a few logistical and behavioral questions. I was then called in and asked about a time when I had to deal with difficult team members, a safety issue, etc. It was a standard interview with cordial interviewers. Nothing was unexpected; do your homework and practice as usual.

Pros: They call Boeing the "Lazy B."
Good place for those who are unqualified and lazy.
Cons: Undemocratic, top-down, military-style hierarchy. The employees are basically beaten down, the unions are broken, and the workers have no power or control.
The benefits are reduced every year, and work is being shipped overseas while foreign workers are imported.
The environment is horrible: cramped cubbies, no expectation of privacy. Come here if you are happy being a slave to the corporate executives. You will be replaced soon and as cheaply as possible.

Pros: Lots of opportunity to work in different areas.
Cons: Slow to make and implement strategic decisions, not making the right strategic decisions. Management incentive model drives bad decisions and behavior.

Pros: Pay and benefits are comparable to other large companies.
Cons: At two of the sites I have worked at, the management is very political and protective of their territory. Subsequently, they do not share information and play favorites.
