Cons: Huge conglomerate of a lot of small companies/cultures. Easy to get lost.

Pros: Honestly, none come to mind at this particular site.
Cons: Untrained production engineering management all the way to the top.
Constant turnover and many unskilled workers.
Zero management support on all levels.
Minimal chances of advancement.
Traffic to and from work and parking at this site is ridiculous!
