Pros: Steady work. Anyone with a few connected brain cells is highly valued. Some campuses and departments are staffed with quality people.
Cons: Recognition is nearly non-existent. All the perks have evaporated. Upper management is either incompetent or is deliberately driving self-destruction. Some locations and departments have toxic, back-stabby environments where those sorts flourish.

Pros: Boeing cares a lot about its employees and provides endless opportunities for people to move throughout the company. It fosters an atmosphere where everyone is working towards the same great goal. They also put a lot of their efforts into employee development.
Cons: Although with my limited experience at the company, it seems that promotions are very difficult to receive, making it difficult to move up.

Pros: Senior management is garbage. Most second-line managers and down are good.
Cons: Needs more engineering-minded individuals among senior management and less bean counters who don't understand the nature of an engineering company like Boeing.
