Entry-Level Engineering Interview Experience - Arlington, Texas
Process
Structured Interview.
Received an email for an on-site interview at a conference I was attending. I was interviewing for two different positions and was originally going to do two interviews (one for each), but they ended up combining them into one.
Like I said, it was a structured interview, STAR format, but, to be honest, they didn’t really care too much about it. They mostly wanted to hear my stories in relation to their questions (it has more passion and makes it more fun to listen to).
Received a verbal offer the next day and a formal offer almost two months later.
