Entry Level Mechanical Interview Experience - Everett, Washington
Process
Standard 5-STAR system of structured questions. I did an interview over the phone, with a conference call and two interviewers. Follow the STAR method, and you will do just fine. I don't recall all the specific questions, but there were five structured questions. I also did a phone interview for the helicopter division in Mesa, AZ, and it was a similar system.
