Initial round: 15-minute phone screen with a recruiter.
Second round was a 30-minute panel, taking turns asking about my experiences on my resume.
Third round was similar to the second round with a different panel and more in-depth questions. People were very nice. I had audio issues during the second phase, but they were forgiving.
