I responded to a requisition on the Boeing website and let a contact at Boeing know I had applied. The interview was on the phone with one technical person, several managers, and an HR rep. It took a week or two to find out if I had the position.
The interview was pretty disappointing, actually. They have to ask you a boilerplate set of questions.
They're looking for STAR type answers, i.e., describe a time you had to work with someone you had trouble getting along with, or a leadership example.
Really, no technical questions, which was kind of hard to believe.
