I had a virtual call with a group of 4 managers.
They asked me a number of questions about my past technical projects and people management skills.
It was an incredibly awkward interview. I was asked to have my camera and mic on, while none of the interviewers had their cameras on, so I was speaking to a void.
After I would answer a question, there would be about 30 seconds of awkward silence. Then someone would turn on their mic and ask the next question.
I am not sure if they had already picked another candidate before my interview or what, but it was incredibly uncomfortable and felt like a big waste of time.
Talk about a past CI project you worked on.
